Could be overheating inside the PC which has bad effect on graphics card. Could need a good clean to remove dirt and fluff build-up inside the casing and on the grills/air-intakes where the fans suck air in. Do it carefully but thoroughly. I use a vacuum cleaner with plastic crevice-nozzle attached to end of hose. Don't use metal attachment as it may damage delicate components.
