Tried W2K drivers, Tried NT drivers, Before I run out and put out bucks for a new modem that is on the list, anyone have any ideas?

Try moving the card to a different slot. Right after I did that, it worked. Mine is the DI5655

yup same problem, my thoughts are that because it is isa microsoft felt that they shouldnt worry about the driver. but for thoses of us without new motherboards we are stuck untill creative labs writes one.
