I just received my new Pegasus Mobile NoteTaker. The base unit works fine, but I am unable to upload the messages to my PC via my USB cable. The connection is okay. It should upload the handwritten files and even convert to text, but I can't(don't know how) to upload files. The "upload button" on the Notetaker manager is not activated. If you have knowledge of this product, please help me if you can. I can't find a support source for this product. Sellers sometimes don't always fully understand the products they sell.

I would guess there is software and/or drivers that came with the unit. WinXP can see a USB device but won't know what to do with it. Did a disk come with it?

Have you read the user manual that came with your digital pen notetaker?
