I upgraded my musicmatch jukebox to the 8.0 version but now I am getting a mmjb.exe application error. This happens when I try to change the type of skin of the player or try to switch to the small player mode. Then I recieve the mmjb.exe application error stating:
The instruction at "0x77f5b2ab" referenced memory at "0x00000028". The memory could not be "read". Click OK to terminate program.
Then the entire program shuts down. I am not a computer genius and I really need help to fix this problem. Any suggestions?
Thank-you

Lisa: a few ideas to explore;
1. see the work around posted by Barnacle Bill at:
http://www.hitsquad.com/smm/wwwboard/messages/143092.html
2. moh said: "Fully uninstall MMJB, reboot then reinstall. There may be a corrupted file that was not overwritten with the upgrade."
3. if you have the time and patience, the details for sending an email for tech support to MMJB is detailed at:
http://wwws.musicmatch.com/faq/MISC020.htm
4. check your firewall program list to make sure that MMJB is not blocked,
5. could be bad ram, download and run memtest86 from:
http://www.memtest86.com
let us know what worked for you...
