i just upgraded from windows 98 to windows XP but my taskbar is still the old style. Whereas i have seen the green and blue taskbar in windows XP everywhere else. What am i supposed to do to change its look? When i go into the appearance properties, therez only one option under windows and buttons i.e 'windows classic style', The 'windows XP style' is not there. Plz help me out with this.

If you right click on the START menu on the task bar you should be able to change the appearance from the properties tab. If this does not work go to add/remove programs Windows XP heading and see if something was not installed in the first place.
