Comment:

Computer came with XP Pro. Noticed that when I tried certain functions within email, the "submit" button would not appear. Example. United Airlines check-in 24 hrs prior. Can follow all steps to check-in until submit. No submit "button" on the screen. I just used windows easy transfer cord to move files to my new Vista system on my PC. Problem, which was not there before, is now also on my Vista system.

sounds more like a malware issue. Make sure that your computer is clean. Run full scans in safe mode as it is certain that you have a corrupted something.
