Comment:

I recently upgraded my OS from Windows ME to Windows XP Professional. A few days after doing that, this message ("Windows cannot find regchk.exe...")window started popping up whenever Windows boots up or reboots. A search for "regchk.exe" on my computer found nothing. There is no "regchk.exe" entry in the Startup listing. Please help me!
