go to View->Toolbars and uncheck the option Lock the Toolbars

Problem is that the option seems to have gone missing and I can't access it. Also all my other buttons (standard, address bar and links), are perminantely greyed out. Only the customize button is available.

How do you restore these options? Something seems to have screwed this up. As they are available on my other computers also running windows xp.

g12345567, Go to the link below and under the letter "T" scroll down to "Toolbar - Missing" and download & run the "Toolbar Repair Utility" by clicking on the underscored "here". It should correct your problem.
