I got error message : " Missing Microsoft Shared Files. The key "Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\SharedDLLs" refers to missing files " C;\Program Files\Common Files\Roxio Shared\DLL Shared".

This missing DLL Shared File is belong to Roxio software problem or Microsoft problem ?

How do I can fix this problem ?

I had this problem with Easy CD Creator basic. It took me two days for me and couple of other people to come up with this solution:

I uninstalled the program.
I ran Norton OBC, which repaired 2 windows registry errors.
Then I ran Windows Update. I don't know if this made a difference or not because it didn't find any critical updates to install.
Then I reinstalled the program.
With nervous hands I clicked the mouse on the icon and Vola! It works perfectly.

Bon chance ...Rocky
