missing javac.exe

hi all! ok i've been installing and reinstalling jdk 5.0 for sometime now... the reason was that i cannot find JAVAC.EXE and also JAVADOC.EXE in bin directory in jdk directory... therfore, i think now that something is wrong with my computer;however, i just don't know what is the problem... does anyone know what is the problem? if so, what is the solution for it? thanks in advance~
