Missing Files????

I have run a scan on my new laptop and Norton WinDoctor has come up with 2 errors it cannot fix, in regards to missing files. Not sure how they are missing as I'm a computer novice.
Messages state;
"C:\\WINDOWS\$UninstallKB898458$\ORUN.exe" cannot access a necessary file, "learn32.dll." & "C:\\WINDOWS\$UninstallKB898458$\ORUN.exe" cannot access a necessary file, "pctree32.dll."
Can anyone help? Not sure if it something I should be worried about or what it does, or how to fix it!

Hi:Is your Computer Working Fine without any Error If so then sleep tight ORUN.EXE it sounds like an utilities Have your Reinstalled or Uninstalled this Utilities lately ? Finally: You should get yourself a Good registry Cleaner or a Good utilitites like TuneUp utilities 2006 Bon Courage..
