i deleted the files HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE/SYSTEM/CurrentControlSet/Control/Class/{4d36e965-e325-11ce-bfc1-08002be10318}/UpperFilters and LowerFilters . since this moment when i type both keyboard and mouse freeze. please help

Try safe mode on boot up, by tapping F8 and see if yoy can do a system restore.

It's always a good idea to back up the registry before making any changes in it. But I guess you know that now...

For the future: Always set a restore point before changing anything in the registry. I always export and save to the desktop before deleting. If there is a problem the file can be restored (right click, merge).
