Hi all

I had to reformat my wife`s computer. I F disk it and reformat and reinstalled Xp.

It is a 10 GB drive that showed sub under 10 mGB in win 98 but it is only reading as an 8 GB now in XP. It was a new install not an upgrade to Xp. On my computer I had lost disk space before but regained it with Partition Magic as unallocated space.

I`ve got Partition Magic 7 but it isn`t showing an unallocated space.

Where did the other 2 GB go ? any ideas would be helpful

When I format I used Fat32

Thanks
SR
