My computer says I am missing system32 drivers. I can not access anything in my cotrol panel. How do I fix this problem?
Start>Run
Copy/paste the following into the Run box
sfc /scannowYou may need your XP CD in the drive in order for it to perform.

mmm - There are more than a few posted reason out there as to why this happens... The M$ KB for one of them is: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/812340
And if you tralw via google/yahoo/dogpile etc. using the string:
Missing C:\WINDOWS\system32\rundll32.exe
you'll get more than few other ideas too...
