HI ! I have a flatbed scanner that worked onWin98. Now since I have upgraded to Windows XP, I reinstalled its driver several times, it works with Windows 98, but cannot works with Windows XP. I use PHOTO EXPRESS to scan images through Mirascan, but it cannot create files of the scanned images. Can anyone help explain this. Thanks a lot.

You need to install the XP driver -- the 98 won't work. It can be downloaded for free -- just do a search in Google or something...

If you have an Acer Scanner then they have changed their name to BenQ The latest MiraScan Software for XP is here but make sure it is for your Scanner http://www.benq.com/drivers/imaging_drivers.html Lesley
