My workplace has just upgraded our desktop PC gear. Unfortunately, the keyboards have been replaced by ones without the Windows Key.
Minimize All (Windows key + M) was invaluable. Is there a substitute? Getting a new keyboard or downloading/installing a program is out as an option, I'm afraid.

What was mentioned in response 1 is a good alternative for minimizing and restoring open applications. However, if you do by chance need the use of the Windows key, use the onscreen keyboard, type osk in the run box and it should be there. You'll have to use your mouse, but you only need to click the Windows key once then the letter of the shortcut you want. I couldn't get Win + Pause/Break to work, but all the others I tried did.
