minidump/slow web

i keep getting minidump search from microsoft on my hijackthis log scan which it tells me that they are nasty and i should fix.i keep fixing it but i do scans and it keeps coming up.is there anyway to fix it so i won't get it anymore. also it takes 5 min. for my isp.which is netzero.com to finish loading.i think it is s data transfer problem.i have dial up. how can i fix it to be faster. thanks :)

FREE24 OZ, FWIW, I used to have the same sort of problem. Dunno if it's the best way or not, but here's what worked for me. I run ZA and I set it to block msn.com and I disabled restore, scanned, restarted restore. HTH. Ed in Texas.
