Im having my Windows crash on me ever few hours or so due to this "mini-dump" error:
'c:windows mini dump mini 031204.01.dump'
Im using an Asus mobo with asus certified ram,, system seems to be running fine,, and suddenly,, I get this blue screen error,, and it restarts... if anyone knows a method to bypass this memory dump,, please let me know,,
thank you

That is probably caused by your ram going out on you. If you have 2 or more sticks then you can try proccess of illimmination to see as to which one is going south on you.Or if you have another piece then switch it out. I have also run into this when using 2 different brands of ram although both worked seperately, they would not work togeather.HTH,
rc

Well,, I'm using 1 stick of 512 mb ram,, -- I've read online to:
'Uncheck Automatically Reboot in the Advanced tab under Startup & Recovery' (haven't tried this yet)
is there a way to bypass this error,, or is my only option to go through the hassle and replance the ram?
thank you.
