I have windows xp home edition configured for multiple users. When a user without administrative rights tries to run
Microsoft Picture It Publishing 2001 the get the following error: "If your computer is running Windows 2000 or Windows NT, you must have administrative access privileges to start the program. For more information see your system administrator." Microsoft's web site's solution is to give everyone administrative rights. I already used the "cacls.exe" command to change the users privileges for the "program files" folder to "change". That allowed some programs to work but not this one. Any ideas?
