Microsoft Outlook problem

When I receive a email with a attachment which is a jpg image, but wants to open it with microsoft office picture the pictures don't show up they have little red X in the corner with no picture. If I save the attachment to my desktop and then open it with microsoft office picture it will show the picture. How can I get the image to show up by clicking on it in my email? Thanks in advance

This should be addressed in the Office forum, you also need to identify the version of Office/Outlook you are using.

You also double posted here with another earlier post on attachments, this is not an acceptable practice.
