I use MS Outlook 2007. When I type the first letter of an email address in the 'TO' (or CC or BCC) box on a new email, a list of addresses from my 'contacts' list that begin with that letter pops up, allowing me to quickly choose the addressee I want. The problem I'm having is, when I type in one particular letter, the list that pops up contains an email address I do not recognize. From its makeup, I know positively that I have never sent or received email to/from that email address. I cannot find the address in my contacts list or my address book by manually looking or by using the search feature, so I cannot delete it. Can you help me get rid of this unknown and unwanted email address in my contacts list? Thank you. GHS

When that list pops up, use the arrow keys to highlight the address you don't want, then press the "Delete" key (not the backspace) on your keyboard.
