When I used to receive photo attachments using Microsoft Outlook 2002 and Windows XP Professional, I used to be able to just click on the file name and the photo would open up in Microsoft Picture and Fax Viewer and I could view it fine. All of a sudden, when I click on a file than contains a photo, Microsoft Picture and Fax Viewer still opens up, but it now says "No Preview available". When I exit the program, it then says "The System Cannot Find the Specified File". The only way I can view photos anymore is if I save the photo file in a folder. If I click on the file then, it opens up in Microsoft Picture and Fax Viewer and views properly with no problems. It takes too much time to save all the photos I get in my e-mails and then view them. What could be the problem that is causing this? Thanks....
