Recently a pop up has been coming up that called 'messenger service' in the process panel that has an ad on it for university diplomas... i have no browser or program running that can create messages like that, much less messaging services. It is associated with my crss.exe service, but it is a critical process so it cant be closed. WHat is going on? is it a virus? how do i get rid of it if it isnt?
