Three problems:
1 When I load messenger it seems to work ok but, when I restart the computer, its gone.
2 I keep getting the message "You need the latest version of messenger, go to messenger.msn.com." when I do this, I get the message"no such web site"
3 I have messenger loaded but I cannot call it from the nsm explorer...only from Verizon explorer......whats wrong?

Go to www.messenger.msn.com and download the latest version of msn (6.1) and install it.
