messenger problem

windows messenger only loads with administrative users, limited users can't load it, no error message, nothing, it just won't load, not even going to hotmail webpage and sometimes hotmail crashes because it can't load messenger... any help?

If you are using NTFS allow the "modify" permission to the Program Files>Messenger folder to the users you want.

Also you can try adding the users you want in Control Panel > Users and Passwords as power users.
