message windows in german, help!

whenever I exit wordpad and it asks if I want to save its in german, it says "Anderungen in Document speichern?" and sometimes when I get error messages from Nero and a few others they are like that too, is there a patch?

Go to Regional Settings in the Control panel. On the General Tab, Set Your Locale to English.

Sorry, I'm not using the multilanguage version and apparently you are. Here's what I found in windows help: ------------ To change the language used for menus and dialogs
Open Regional Options in Control Panel. On the General tab, under Menus and dialogs, select the language you want. -------------
Please repost if this fixes things.
