qopolj.dll is related to Spyware.

Do you check for, and remove, Spyware ??
Spyware includes ----
Adware, Dialers, Browser Hijackers, Trojans, Cookies,
Key Loggers, Trackware, and other Malware while browsing the internet.

Most Virus and Spyware scans are likely to work better in Windows Safe-Mode.

1-Start by running all the free spyware cleaners listed on my link.
2-What AV are you using?
3-Run this free online scan:

and remove all it finds....give it time to load

www.superantispyware.com IT IS THE BEST. Most free spyware clearners contain spyware. 3 or 4 do not. Of those, they all work nice but SuperAntiSpyware is the best.

I have worked on computers for over 24 years. I have never seen a product work as good as it does. The free version works just as good as the pay version.

The pay version has some bells and whistles but you can do withtout them.

Check your Plugin Folders. Sometimes it leaves files there. Just make sure you don't delete something you need.

As Walter Mitty said, do a Google search. I use it all the time.

You can try to use msconfig but if you don't know what you are doing you might mess something else up and not know it.... Although MSconfig can be reversed.
