Are you sure it doesn't say c:\windows\system32\rundll32.exe?
Before replacing it, I would run another AV scan, and run AdAware and Spybot.
Get someone to email you a copy of the file or get one out of another XP computer. Be sure it's home or professional depending on what you have although I have no idea if that makes a difference. Put it in the path described above. But FIRST check to see if one is already present in that path. I'd email it myself but I get an error when looking for someone's email address.
