What happened to fade in with XP 2600? It worked fine using beta 2 version.

Exactly what problem are you experiencing with Menu "fade in"?

I just purchased a PC with Windows XP Home 5.1, and I find that there's a significant delay when waiting upon fly-out sub-menus in the Start Menu.

Let me know if you're experiencing the same problem.
