PC3200 400 MHz memory is also referred to as PC400.With XP and 1 Gb RAM plus 256 Mb of dedicated video memory, your system has already more than enough memory unless you intend to upgrade to Vista.A program like Cacheman 5.50 can show you memory usage as it stands.
