is there any free memory programs that can be reccommended to me or any program that can scan my pc and fix errors to help it go a bit faster

There are error diagnostic programs out there for testing your memory sticks but they won't "fix" any errors detected in your RAM modules.

You need to be a little more lucid with your request.
