Memory is nearly full

I setup a brand new PC for user in the domain. after while, user complaint the problem pasting on MS Office 2003-sp3 - WORD 2003. The following error shown here:
"You are working without a Word work file and memory is nearly full. Save you work."

user is managed by group policy, if I add user to have local admin right, it was working OK. has anyone idea know reolve the issue while limiting user has local admin right?

Well again... there is another way... besides the wisdom already ofered above...

Start forgetting a few of the things you are currently memorising/remembering...? Usually happens automatically with age for some pholks...; but no harm in starting the process earlier?

thnaks everyone input, but this is to explain how to increase internal cache size or temp file. why it was no such problem while user with local admin previlege? but only happen in regular domian user? is that sth about access permission problem?
