OS: xp
CPU/Ram: 1gb ram / p4 with ht
Model/Manufacturer: gateway e4300
Comment:

i have a message that had popped up once i was shutting my machine off that said "netsh.exe application error...the instruction at '0x65843cd4' referenced memory at '0x0000504c', the memory could not be read" click ok to terminate or cancel to debug. what does this mean and what is a fix for it? i have only had this once but i want to make sure of what it is in case i have it again.

Welcome to Windows =). I get these kind of errors from time to time. They always seem to occur when I tell my video editing software to automatically shut off the machine after rendering, i.e. I wake up the next morning and see that the system hasn't shut down.
