I just bought this -
http://www.memorex.com/html/products_detail.php?section=2&CID=8&SID=25&PID=746&FID=81&opento=8
Because previously I've been using an 8.5x11 label paper for my cds, and cutting them up myself made them look kinda sloppy.
So, I install the software with it, and go to make a nice looking CD Label. Well, it has less tools than MS Paint so I open Paintshop Pro and make a pretty nice looking label from my exact cd size template I've been previously using. Unfortantly, when I imported it to the included software (which is called exPressit S.E. 2.2) and the size is about 1/5th the size of their CD size.
So, I scanned the special paper with the precut cd stickers, and tried to make it where I can get it to print out correctly on PSP, which didnt really work..
I've tried other things, like looking for an export/import on exPressit, I tried to open the templates and edit them but PSP or Photoshop wouldnt recongnize the format (.exp)..
So, my question.. Is there any way I'm not thinking about to make this paper work on Photoshop or Paintshop pro? Because the only thing this POS program can make is complete trash.

I think you need to go back to finding a way to import the artwork into the HP spftware. Perhaps you need to try saving the image from Photo Shop in a different format - I'd suggest jpeg.
I use similar software that came with my Epson printer that prints directly on discs and have never had a problem importing images.

I was using jpeg.. just tried bmp and gif just now, and it didnt work..
This is what I'm trying to import:

But, it turns out like this:

If you are using Photoshop, in the tool bar click image, transform, free transform. Hold down the shift key and grab a corner of the box around the image and drag diagonally to the size you want.
Use the selection tool to move it into position.
Hope this helps.

I've done that, but see.. this program wont do a perfect resize, even if you grab one of the edge tabs.. but I think I've finally got it fixed.. though not 100% sure

the 2nd picture is what it look like when you first import it,once it imported just right click the image and tell it to fit...that all then just line the image up....easy
when you think that you know it all! you know nothing

If you want to make proper CD labels, get Sure Thing CD Labeller. Not free but very good. You can forget about Photoshop, Paint and what have you. This program does it all.
