Hi

This is a bit of a long shot but has anybody found a way to bring back the spacebar pause in media player 9 ? Media player 7 and below used to have it but now in the later versions you gotta press Ctrl-P to pause, anybody know of any registry entrys or patches or settings to get space to pause MP 9?

Cheers

Well i dont have 9 yet but i do believe there are hot keys for the play/ stop/pause keys. Just search around options or somewhere there to find which one goes with which or press all the keys on your keyboard to figure it out while playing a video or music. You also may be able to change them but i cant be positive.

From my investigation on media 8

ctrl+w completely stops it

ctrl+s regularly stops it

ctrl+u quick open file

ctrl+i capture image (thats cool never knew about it)

ctrl+p PAUSE

Theres probably alot more just too lazy... and im pretty sure if theres these hot keys there must be options somewhere to chnage them

i don't think you can change it.
i suggest using wmp classic instead of 7 and up.
