i have a strange problem,,i have loads of music videos that use the .asf format.
when i play these in media player why cant i always jump to a specific point in the file?,i can on some .asf files but not others even if they have the same specs(bitrate , codec etc) if i move the tracking bar to a advanced position when i let go of my mouse button it just jumps back to its original position.

I also have this problem with .asf's, I've noticed that it usually occurs when the file is 100% complete, it may even be a byte off from the original file, but if it's not the original size it was when it was made, then it usually won't let you skip ahead. I'm not sure if this is for all of them however...and I could be wrong.
