i have a new computer with windows xp..and all of a sudden media player will not work. i tried to download a new copy but because i can't figure how to get rid of old (probably corrupt media player) i can not download new media player. the error message is the device you selected may be invalid or unreadable. not sure what to do and i am very frustrated...thanks for any help
