you may need to try another copy of disk2.
or try a boot disk with cd support, copy the i368 folder from disk one and then copy the components folder from disk2 to the formatted c drive. run the winnt32 program with the allfolder command. see if that works.
or you can make a slipstream dvd with the disk2 folder on the same disk.
