OS: win xp mce 2005
CPU/Ram: 900mhz/256mb

I have windows xp media center edition 2005 and my ads tech pcmcia tv tuner card is not detected by the media center. Windows sees it and uses it, but media center doesn't. Please help.

You need an MPEG-2 decoder. Go buy PowerDVD or WinDVD or something equivalent.
