how y'll doing...i have mcafee installed on my computer for past year i had no problem with..only couple weeks ago it was updating and stuff, but when i wanted to open main screen it would come out white blank screen. so i thought of unistall and reinstall again but the same thing its happenin...can you guys tell me whats going with it? many thanks advance your help is appreciated

Capt is correct. You have to renew your license every year. Something like $39.95 or close to it. If you ask me, don't renew it and go to www.filehippo.com and get the AVC free anti-virus program. I have seen it rated high in many computer publications. It's been rated higher than McAfee by PC World and Maximum PC.
