I keep getting script error when trying to schedule virus scan. it says "keyset" not found. i have tried reinstalling mcafee, i have no other tasks running in task scheduler. i made sure "disable scripting debugger" checked in ie. i checked mcafee's support site and it offered no insight into problem. help! thanks

Thanks for input. I tried using Mcafee's online chat with tech. Unfortunately, he could not resolve problem. I think it has to do with the computer being a workstation on a Novell network using win xp pro. Although, I have 6 computers who do not have this problem and 4 which do. We cannot find any differences in the computers or their software setup. Susan
