Mcafee 9.0 script error

I keep getting script error when trying to schedule virus scan. it says "keyset" not found. i have tried reinstalling mcafee, i have no other tasks running in task scheduler. i made sure "disable scripting debugger" checked in ie. i checked mcafee's support site and it offered no insight into problem.
Hello Susan... Sorry I don't know the answer, but the link above is a user guide specifically for Virus Scan version 9. Maybe you might find info there... I also have used McAfee's forums in the past and recieved an answer in ten minutes; really fast response times.

Thanks for input. I tried using Mcafee's online chat with tech. Unfortunately, he could not resolve problem. I think it has to do with the computer being a workstation on a Novell network using win xp pro. Although, I have 6 computers who do not have this problem and 4 which do. We cannot find any differences in the computers or their software setup.
