Maybe I can unin/reinstall IE?

Would this maybe be a solution to my problem(see my post, Ok...so I tried sys restore..no changes?) ..to uninstall and reinstall IE? Is this possible in Big Bill's world? :^} HELP! THANX!
right click 'IsInstalled'(REG_DWORD)value, then click 'modify' and change the value from 1 to 0, then log on to microsoft.com and download internet explorer 6, the download will then do a complete reinstall.

Thanks to all, and to Mike who e-mailed me the regedit tip...I did reinstall IE but I still can't edit the formatting on my main blog, and I also can't edit the formatting on my other blog, (which I could do before this) AUGH! Oh, well, thanks anyway...any bloggers out there have similar problems? Blogger's help is worthless!
