I've freshly installed xp pro, everything runs fine, my only question is in my device manager my mass storage controller doesn't have a driver for it. I have a 5 gig western digital harddrive I think its udma 33,bios has it as a udma2 mode, abit be62 mobo. I tryed loading drivers for the motherboard but it says xp already has a inf file for it. All versions I've tried are not as up to date as xp. would anyone know of a driver I can use to give my device. I'm having horrible lan speeds, but excellent speeds over the cable modem. I think it's because of not having this driver installed. any suggestions
