New computers comes. With installed Windows. I need to make backup, copy the whole contents, programs, Microsoft aplications (office, outlooks(e-mails)) from old computers, hdds to new ones. How and With what?

try acronis true image, that should backup your complete system state including everything you want

acronis is read only so it won't effect your computer at all, and it should back up windows aswell so if your computer go a-wall as long you should be able create a backup boot disk and boot and rescue your windows like that.
