We are currently switching over from win98 to XP pro. We bought new dell computers and we are in the process of converting machines. Our servers are running NT 4.0. My problem is that I have noticed with the new dell's when I map the users share drives and restart the machine I constantly get a error message saying the computer could not connect network drives, if I click on the drive it opens it just fine. The drives have a red X on it until you click on the mapped drive. Has anyone had any situations similar to this, if so could you provide some info on how to fix this.
