I have the following:
1) Keep getting timeouts (clicking on links need many clicks, sometimes, there's no response at all)2) I have this versiontracker thing.
3) I have this NBVCXZ that seem to be a blank small pop up whenever I am startup.
4) My IE and Mozilla is very slow.
I have spybot installed and recently bought XoftSpy 3.44.
What do I do now?
Do I need to install an additional Firewall?
I am running Norton SystemWorks2004

Repost your question in the Security & Virus forum to get better help.
It's probably a lot of spyware/adware that's grinding your system to a halt. One firewall should be enough, but you should have these three (free):
▫ Spybot Search & Destroy (Safer Networking)
▫ Ad-aware (Lavasoft)
▫ [blocker] SpywareBlaster (Javacoolsoftware)
Keep in mind that they need to be updated over the web first when started, and before zapping the baddies! That NBVCXZ looks like a random combination, and that usually means the 'pepper' baddie. The folks on the S&V forum will help you get rid of that.

You are attacked by some very nasty trojan ... the best best to go is to first download Internet Explorer from www.download.com ... then remove Internet Explorer using this free tool ...

Install Spy Bot Search and Destroy, Lavasoft Adaware, javacool Spyware Blaster .... update them all and restart ur computer in safe mode...
then run all three of them ...
then restart in normal mode and intall Internet explorer back ...I am very sure problem will be solved guaranteed ...
There are 10 types of people in this world, one who understand binary and second who dont.
