Does anyone have any idea what the hell this is ? Its disabled for now ,however how do I know if its something I need to have enabled or not ? Tried a google search with no hits coming up ? Perhaps someone with the same configuration as I can look in their add-ons and see if they also have this listing available to them ? Greatly appreciated !!
Thank You Nick
FYI> Says last accessed 1999 ,I bought my system new in 2006 !

Dump IE8, go back to IE7 & block IE8 from ever being installed again.

As far as I know, all legit extensions/add-ons are clearly labeled with company, name, and purpose. If it is turned off (disabled), leave it for a week or so and search again - also search Microsoft's site to be sure it isn't an update waiting to be installed - If you do not see any need for it by then, you might wish then to remove.

I guess I will just keep that add-on ,since it was created B/4 WindowsXP was even released Iam guessing its a Microsoft add-on ? Any futher ideas Iam open to and again thanks !

I googled the CLSID number (with -hijackthis after it to try and stop so many pesky logs). Encarta searchbar seemed to be the popular description, see this one:
