Malicious script detected

CPU/Ram: P4 2.4Ghz / 512 MB

Hi! NAV detected a malicious script (Helpctr.exe) and i blocked it. I don't understand what this is, do I have a virus or something? and when i click on system tools(system information) it doesn't instead it runs help and support. pls help.

helpctr.exe is the execute file for help and support in the start menu.
