Windows Movie Maker. Just import them and put them together. Should be on your comp, if not download from MS for free on their site.

Windows Movie Maker (WMM) creates .wmv files that are played in Windows Media Player (WMP) by default. The only other type of file that can be made with WMM is .avi and that too can be played using WMP.
If you haven't used WMM then you will like it when you do. It is easy and has a lot of transition effects you can add to your clips. See http://www.eicsoftware.com/PapaJohn/MM2/MM2.html for some good info on the program.
Also see the Gallery at Neptune.com to see clips made by others using WMM. Some are pretty good. I hope you are on Broadband.
