Is it possible to make my microphone output behave on my Acer 1355LM laptop behave like a line-out or headphone port? I'm using MP3 mixing software and I need a second output for monitoring the incoming tune in a mix.

So I can connect my headphone to a speaker system to play the tracks, and listen to possible tracks on a pair of headphones without anyone hearing.

Thanks,

Scott

Not that I'm aware of. It's probably easier and less of a headache to visit an electronics shop and buy a Y splitter. Then you plug that in, and you have two connections....
